This exquisite and brand new 3 bedroom villa is located in a prime, central location, just a few minutes walk to the closest beaches, shops, restaurants and bars that Protaras has to offer. Newly built and complete with contemporary and state-of-the-art furniture and fittings, you are ensured a relaxing and pleasant break.

As you enter the villa, you will find the very stylish, open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area surrounded by patio doors leading to the garden. The living room is complete with a comfortable seating area and Smart TV with Satellite Channels. The dining area features a table and chairs to seat 6 people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils and appliances required for a comfortable, self-catering stay. There is also a WC on this floor.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms. The master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom with shower and WC, double bed and access to the private balcony. Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom with shower and WC is on this floor.

Outside, the beautiful and spacious garden complete with a lawn area features a barbecue, worktop and sink area, outside shower, dining area with seating for 6 people, perfect for those ‘al fresco nights, sunloungers and a private pool, ideal for those lazy days basking in the hot Cyprus sun. The pool is South-West facing.

Pool heating is also available at 60 Euros per day.

There is full WI-FI and air con throughout the villa.
