This superb front line beach villa is situated on Cyprus’ coastline, surrounded by the majestic nature of the Konnos area and Cape Greco National Park, between Ayia Napa and Protaras. Konnos Beach forms part of the Cape Greco National Park, an area of exceptional natural beauty. It is a small and idyllic beach covered in fine golden sand. It offers access to the National Forest Park, a member of the Natura 2000 network of European protected sites and is ideal for hiking and diving.

At the front on the villa there is a private heated infinity swimming pool and a large patio area with Al Fresco dining and a seating area where you can fully enjoy the magnificent sea views across to the Capo Greco National Park.

From the patio area which leads into the beautifully furnished living area. Here there is a sofa and, a large widescreen wall mounted smart tv, satellite tv channels, fast free wifi, a sound system and much more. The room has full air conditioning and underfloor heating for the winter months.

On this floor is also the dining area with a table and chairs which leads to the fully fitted designer kitchen. There is a breakfast bar in the kitchen as well as all of the appliances and utilities you will need in order to have the best possible home from home experience.
