This fabulous 4 bedroom villa offers both luxury and comfort in a fantastic location. The villa is situated in an elevated position on the outskirts of Protaras and enjoys spectacular sea views. Inside, the villa is furnished to a high standard whilst outside, the private garden and pool area provides the perfect setting for a memorable holiday.

Downstairs the villa has a spacious living, dining and kitchen area, with patio doors offering sea views from every angle. The furniture and decor is contemporary and stylish, with ample seating in the living and dining areas.
